 Hi, I’m Nicky.

I specialise in working with women who want more than just weight loss.

For years I have worked with Women who want to feel strong, in control, and confident in their bodies — especially during times of change.

After seeing how many women struggle with this phase, I created The Balanced Transition™ to support women navigating life after GLP-1 medication, because this stage is often overlooked.

 

 

I’ve spent years helping women build strong, capable bodies working with hundreds of women to build sustainable strength and confidence.

Over time, my work evolved beyond exercise alone — into supporting women with the habits, mindset and structure needed to maintain their health for life.

 

You deserve guidance that is realistic, supportive, and built for long-term success — not just short-term results.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I haven’t personally taken weight-loss medication.  What I do have is extensive experience helping women create sustainable change – through strength, nourishment and consistency rather than extremes.

My role isn’t to replace medical advice. It’s to help you develop the lifestyle skills that medication alone can’t provide.

I am a Transition Coach, fully qualified Personal Trainer and Health Coach with 35 years ‘industry experience.  If you’re ready to transition with support, I’d love to review your application.
